What happens if I’ve lost my luggage?
If you discover that your luggage is missing, please inform us as soon as possible using the phone number provided in your confirmation email. Once you notify us that you have arrived at the airport and still require your transfer, the driver will wait for you for up to 1 hour after your flight arrival time.
