DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the customer ("Customer") and Mavera VIP Transfer, a service provider operating at Antalya Airport ("Service Provider"), with respect to the provision of airport transfer and VIP services.
By placing an order with Mavera VIP Transfer through our website, phone, or email, the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions of this Distance Sales Agreement:
1. Definitions
- Customer: The individual or entity placing an order for services provided by Mavera VIP Transfer.
- Service Provider: Mavera VIP Transfer, a service provider offering airport transfer and VIP services at Antalya Airport.
- Services: The services provided by the Service Provider, including but not limited to airport transfer, VIP services, and additional services requested by the Customer.
2. Purpose of Agreement
This Agreement governs the purchase and provision of services remotely (distance sales) by the Service Provider. The Customer agrees to the terms set out below for the services requested.
3. Formation of Contract
- A contract between the Customer and Mavera VIP Transfer is formed when the Customer places an order for services (via the website, email, or phone) and the Service Provider confirms the booking via email, phone, or any other communication method.
- The Service Provider will issue a booking confirmation detailing the services provided, the total price, payment methods, and other relevant information.
4. Services Provided
Mavera VIP Transfer offers a variety of airport transfer and VIP services. The specific services requested by the Customer will be outlined in the confirmation email or communication from the Service Provider, which may include the following:
- Airport Transfers: Private or shared transport to and from Antalya Airport.
- VIP Services: Personalized services, including priority boarding, assistance with luggage, and luxury vehicle transport, as applicable.
- Additional Services: Services related to the Customer’s specific needs (e.g., child seats, special requests).
5. Customer's Obligations
- The Customer agrees to provide accurate information, including flight details, contact information, and special requests at the time of booking.
- The Customer must ensure that they are at the designated pickup location on time. If the Customer fails to show up on time or at the correct location, Mavera VIP Transfer may charge a cancellation or no-show fee.
- The Customer is responsible for ensuring their luggage complies with the transport service’s regulations.
6. Payment Terms
- Payment must be made at the time of booking or according to the payment terms specified by Mavera VIP Transfer.
- Payments can be made via accepted methods, such as credit cards, bank transfers, or other approved payment methods.
- The total price, including any applicable taxes, service fees, or additional charges, will be provided at the time of booking confirmation.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

The Customer may cancel the booking subject to the following conditions:
- Cancellations more than 24 hours before the service: Full refund, minus any administrative fees.
- Cancellations less than 24 hours before the service: A cancellation fee of up to 100% of the total service fee may apply.
- In the event of a missed or late flight, Mavera VIP Transfer will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the service, but additional charges may apply.
8. Liability
- The Service Provider will not be liable for any delays or damages resulting from unforeseen events, such as weather, traffic, or other factors beyond the Service Provider’s control.
- The Service Provider is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the provision of services.
- The Service Provider is not liable for any damages or injuries arising from the Customer's failure to comply with the agreed terms.
9. Right to Withdraw (Cooling-Off Period)
Under the Distance Sales Law in Turkey (KVKK), the Customer has the right to withdraw from this Agreement without providing any reason within 14 days of the booking date. However, this right will be void if the service is provided within the 14-day period and the Customer has already started to use the service.
10. Personal Data Protection
The Service Provider will process the Customer's personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). The Service Provider will use personal data only for the purpose of providing services and will not disclose it to third parties without the Customer’s consent, except as required by law.

11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the laws of Turkey. Both parties agree that the courts of Antalya, Turkey, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes.
12. Amendments to the Agreement
Mavera VIP Transfer reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication on our website or notification to the Customer. The Customer’s continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey
By making a booking with Mavera VIP Transfer, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Distance Sales Agreement.
